| Your Homes Energy Performance Rating |
|
Home energy and efficiency is a really big deal now, and by law, your home must have a valid Energy Performance Rating (EPR) before it can go on the market. This rating shows both you and potential buyers how energy efficient your home is. If you’ve had an EPC completed within the last five years, it might still be valid — you can check it here on this link to the official government website: Find an energy certificate - GOV.UK |

TOP TIP: Even if you decide not to sell right now, improving your home’s efficiency can save you hundreds (even thousands) over the years — and make your property more appealing to buyers in the future.
