Best Agent Ever / D GortonOn the market for 3 months.... Stephen came round and was very honest, he told me some things which at the time were hard pills to swallow but I am pleased he did. I've now re-let my property and at least I am getting an income. It's great to get a bit of honesty even if it isn't what I want to hear at the time.

Instead of trying to get my property on the market as soon as possible he pointed out a few things which might put buyers off and told me to get them sorted before I went on the market.
